i purchased a new bsnl card under the new power pack offer on 17-1-2009. under the scheme we can get 5 nos as friends and family for which it is . 20ps per minute. but when i sent sms to get fnf activated for 5 nos on 21-1-2009. i got a message saying 3 nos are already activated on 18-6-2008 after 24 hrs. on 23rd i called cc and told the problem. they registered a complaint and said it will be solved in 24 hrs. today after problem was solved according to cc, i sent the message to activate fnf once again. but even today i got message saying 3 nos are already activated on 18-6-2008. now i am frustrated. since i purchased this card majority of my time has been spent in calling cc and getting problems rectified.
