cannot access mtnl backroom section

this is a joke... u might need some admin rights or mod rights to access the backroom... but how can someone possibly be fooled into believing that to access a room on a private website you have to file an application with a government firm MTNL!!!!wow... amazed..!! 😛 😛 😛
