Yes it is possible, though no operator has commercially implemented but testing is going on. So far IPTV videos can also be watched on Xbox if Xbox is connected to same network of IPTV in home network (and this option is enable by operator). Yet user videos streamed to IPTV is not fully launched, but sooner it would also be possible (not sure when in India though)
