Can we get the Set-top box remote separately?

My Sun DTH Remove is not working ( Actually its broken) . Anyone pls guide me , whether I can get another one. Will sundirect replace my Remote?

I don't know about sun dth, but for scv set top box ( i believe both have the same STB) I manage to get the remote from mercy electronics. So give it a shot.

One of my friend had replaced it...call customer care. I think they charge around Rs 200/- for replacement
