Hi Guyz,I am from chennai, Around 10th of this month, we lost the connection to both broadband as well as telephone connection.🙁🙁 There was some problem with the cable and around 1000 members lost the connection in our area. 😱I heard Airtel is offering refund for the number of days the service was not offered. My line and connection was rectified on 18th. :smile:Is it possible to claim any refund for the service not offered on those days? There was an official statement released on our telephone exchange "Telephone line was cut is so and so area and it would fixed on so..blah blah"If there is any possibility to claim refund, Please let me know how to proceed? 🙁
