Can user name be changed either by me or admin ?

It's kind of annoying that people never mention their choice of new name when they send me a message asking me if I can change their handle on the forum. 🤡

Also... Mentions and quotes wouldn't get changed unless I do a find and replace in database which is always a risky thing to do 😜
