Can use two different ISP's in one PC simultaenously?

Hi junta,I already have a BSNL Broadband( Router used - UT-300R2U) connection and as my neigbour is going on vacation, I managed to get his Airtel Broadband connection too alongwith router(Beetel 220I BX). But the main question I guess clear from subject line is that1. Can i use both the internet connection in one system, on thru USB and the other thru Ethernet?Condition is that, I dun have to plug and unplug the connections everytime.Any tweaking or solutions guys?
