can u clarify about refund policy of jio fiber

i am currently in free trail 30 days jio fiber.i wanted to ask will they refund full amount 2500 whenever i will discontinue jiofiber?

If you disconnect within first 30 days then you get full refund otherwise 1000 rupees will be deducted towards installation

actually salesman which came to my house said full refund full refund will be given..but actually it was a fluke..it was expected..in coming days how much loopholes will be seen..

its too risky to take jio fiber bro..when they will provide data cap or when will they increase their plan..bsn fiber although has poor customer service,low ping but it provides good speed i have heard and its plan starts from 580.

They are cheaters i raised my complain in 20 days and many times now they are are saying we donot have any complain in there system they want to eat 1000 thats all

I applied on 24th sep, they didnt come for installation and i cancelled the order on 22nd oct without any installation, lets see when will be they refund. (someone tell me the process of complaining in consumer forum)
