can not log in to check usages

Today I can not loged in http://10.240.89.199/

It say The user account does not exist

Is BSNL people trying to change the portal ?

Username and passwords are correct. I am using Internet with those.

I too am getting the same error. There is something wrong with the BSNL portal.

can BSNL guys login using a bogus username and id?usually when mtnl portal is down,we can change username/pass in the router,save n restart router, and still login(using fake id like 1234567)..
