May I use Airtel Broadband phone number for FAX send/receive purpose? because we have Airtel Broadband telephone number is office and home.

Yes, why not. Your fax machine will provide T.38 signaling.

Copper VDSL broadband supports fax. But does fiber based broadband support fax?

I believe op is talking about the airtel rj11 port and landline number they give with ftth, right?

Any old traditional fax machine should work in that case.

That still requires ONT support for T.38, because it is using SIP for the landline. I know the Nokia ONT supports it because I have messed around with the firmware. I don't know about others.

What's the need for SIP or T.38 or whatever , it's just internal to the ont
