Can I Buy Nokia 7710

I want to buy a touch screen cell phone. After searching the web, I find that most devices are having only 2.8 or 2.4 inch screens. The only devices having bigger screens are i-mate jasjar but its price is 44,000. I just want to know if some one can help me whether I can buy Nokia 7710. In a shop, they said it was stopped one year ago itself and where ever you buy they will have only phones manufactured before one year. Is a old model manufactured one year before Okay? or can I go for jasjar or buy some small screen phones itself?
