Can anyone share the VOIP configuration for maharashtra

I'm using Syrotech router.
I tried all the setting available on internet. The state is showing up but IGMP is showing disabled and also the status is registering. None of the settings worked for me, Please share the settings ASAP. Thanks in advance.

My ISP provided me the similar setting but it aint working for me. Did you use the user id as your password?
