Then in case of digital cable ?. can he give his customers the choice of choosing between two digital cable tv providers (MSO). For eg. in an area the LCO receives feeds from Hathway and Den networks, so can a subscriber choose any one of them.

Yes. My LCO too receives feeds from two different MSOs and I have one connection of each.

But how does it work bro. For eg: if hathway is broadcasting in Freq:- 306 MHz, S/R:- 6900 Kb and QAM:- 64and den network is also broadcasting in Freq:- 306 MHz, S/R:- 6900 Kb and QAM:- 64
Then how will the subscriber STB work will the freq not get interfere with each other ???

Separate lines. Separate STBs. LCO is just next door, so separate lines aren't an issue.

so u mean if I put hathway stb I will get hathway channels and service and if I put den stb I will get its channels and service.
So even if freq, s/r and qam are same ??

Yeah but hathway and den both use NDS encryption and both have a VC card.
