Hi, When my AIrtel line was down I had taken a cable broadband connection previous month and following month I did not pay because AIrtel was restored. They suspended the connection and now they want me to pay for the unused month.
Is this regular by cable providers ? Makes no sense for me to pay 1500 bucks for nothing....I have not taken any router on rent either. Paid first month subscription in advance and installation fee in full.
