You cant do anything about it due to hardware restrictions, swap it with new one by paying minimum charge. That's only way.

The thing is the box itself is 2 months old the interface of reliance is not up to the mark. Also anyway to remove that fat Reliance Logo 🙁

reliance quality was average when i saw in my uncle house. but it was old tv, so maybe tv problem also. dish tv also felt bad. videocon, tata & airtel were ok.
in vidoe quality hard to catch RDTV ...
reallly goood ...
