The mouse I have my eye on costs Rs. 5300 right now. But pretty much every Logitech mouse I have owned has developed a fake click problem so I would recommend getting a cheapo product from a branded company.

hardware quality as expected has gone down the drain. i paid around rs. 3500 for a logitech trackball 3 years ago. good thing it had a three year long warranty. got it replaced once around 1.5 years ago. warranty was expiring at the end of current month and the fake clicking problem returned. so i filed for another replacement. turns out the product is EOL so the company would be issuing me a refund. if i had waiting for another month, i would have been left with a messed up trackball and no refund.

just make sure you read reviews about size. if your current mouse is a small sized unit, these cheapo models should be fine for you. my palm is quite large to use these small mouse comfortably. also do check if you need the back/forward buttons on the side as these low end models do not include them.

Just got a Logitech G602 a week back for work. Loving it so far. Wanted to get an MX Master, but a colleague of mine has the same mouse and he hasn't changed his battery in 2 months now, so its a damn good endurance mouse.

My cousin had bought a gaming mouse few weeks back he has lent me his old Logitech wired mouse. I am happy using it for now. Not as good as my old one but does the job.
