buying a reliance BB in ahmedabad.. WORTH IT OR NOT?

Hi all!

I'm looking to get a new reliance broadband connection after my current ISP (airtel) decided to raise their tariffs. I've heard a lot of bad review about reliance but a friend of mine, who lives in a different area of my city is quite happy with reliance broadband. My simple question is that should I go ahead and get the connection or should I choose a different ISP? My usage is about 30-40gb per month and currently I'm paying 1100/month with airtel. Please suggest guys what should I do here! TIA 🙂

Yes and no. Depends on how many users on your DLC? And also mode of connection. MEN or ADSL.
Ask your local reliance sales guy about availability. I had long fight with them in the beginning but it is now solved.
Mention your area.

I live in Ahmedabad,paldi area. Pls tell me what is dlc , men and adsl in detail so that I can ask the sales guy who is gonna visit tomorrow. Pls provide as much detail as possible and what is good from men and adsl.thanks 🙂

There are users from paldi area on forum. They might give you more idea.
Just ask the sales guy what would be the connection type ?
Is it men or ADSL?

Expect better speed from men. If u get men then get it.
