my nov bill is Rs.5,000

i have changed my plan in november from 1350ul to 500c plan

plan changed from 4th night.

1)in my bsnl portal
Chargeable Units(MB) Excluding Night Unlimited : 173.36


my bill should be 500+140+tax

when i contacted in bsnl office,they said my portal calculated from 4th night....but bill is from 1st november

2)then i calculated from 1st november then my chargable units is only 1686mb excluding night unlimited.then my bill should be only Rs.1350+tax


but my bill is Rs.5000

please give ur suggestions
