BSNL USB Modem (MICROMAX) locked/unlocked

Hello to all also,I'm using Airtel 2G SIM in mobile for internet. Now I want to take BSNL 3G Data Card. So I want to know, whether the USB Modem (MICROMAX) provided by BSNL supports other 2G/3G SIMs like Airtel or Reliance etc., or it is locked for BSNL 3G SIMs only.Waiting for reply.Thank You.

BSNL 3G usb modem is Rs.4000+where as Vodafone 3G device (Huawei)is only Rs.2599/-and its unlocked you can use BSNL, VODA, Airtel or any other sim with this device.
