BSNL upload speed problem.

My speeds :

Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 90
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 2048

SNR Margin (0.1 dB): 117 118
Attenuation (0.1 dB): 380 251


My upload speed is so low that i cant play online games , it becomes better at night only for 2-3 hrs and during day time and evening same low speed. I tried complaining at selfcare they didnt call me back or try to fix, complained at grievance site still nothing. what should i do ?

Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 90 is dialupish. better go to the exchange and fight it out.

From what I know BSNL ADSL terms and conditions used to say that max upload speed will be 90 kbps

My bad. This is what BSNL website says

For Broadband plans where bandwidth is 1Mbps or more, the uplinking will be maximum upto 768 kbps.

if you require good upload speeds please switch to a fibre broadband, you will not get good speeds on telephone line broadband

Its so pathetic , i cant complain on selfcare or pg portal too as i already did 1 month ago and till now its not closed so i cant complain anymore,

even if you choose the best provider like airtel broadband, the telephone line broadband you will not get more than 1mbps upload.
i am getting 10mbps ul and 10mbps dl on my act connection which is fibre.
