BSNL Upload Speed in Pune

Hello, Can someone tell me about upload speed of BSNL Dataone in Pune ?I am planning to buy the 1350 plan of 2 mbps.But I would like to know how much upload speed will I get in actual ?In their site, they have said that the upload speed is upto 768 kbps but what are the actual experiences of people using this ?
 
On my 2 MBPS line I'm getting max 20-30 KBps upload speed 🙁 🙁 🙁
 
It should be max upto 90 KBps for you. But it also depends how you are testing your upload speed.
