BSNL & torrents through squid proxy

Hi,My office has bsnl broadband. I connect to this broadband using a proxy (squid on 8080 port) on my PC. This also means i dont use any modem on my PC. I plug lan wire into wall port & i can browse using just a proxy. Also there are only 2/3 ports opened on the server. Now although i can browse/use download managers thru proxy, but i cant use torrents even thru proxy.The problem, specifically, is that the utorrent download turns blue (detects all the peers) BUT it cannot connect to any of the peers. I have tried all settings like using encryption, blah blah in utorrent.Any help?:S

Enter the proxy details in uTorrent's preferences.
