My ADSL2+ BSNL Broadband got converted to FTTH on 01.05.2022. I took the SuperStar 1 (749INR) plan. But I overshot the limit (1000GB) in half of the month and now I want to change it to SuperStar Premium Plus. But in Selfcare Portal SuperStar Premium Plus Plan is not visible. Also instead of "chage tariff plan" it is showing "upgrade tariff plan" where it says "upgrade for the current month but your main subscription will be you opted subscription".
How can I change it to Superstar Premium Plus ??

don't subscribe to the plans from the self-care portal. what you need is ott plans(plan name ends with _ott) which are not listed on the portal. Got confirmation yesterday from the bsnl office. You will need to submit an application in bsnl office and within 2 hours your plan will get activated.

The plans listed on the portal are very limited on bandwidth and the BSNL JE told me they won't be able to do anything if the user recharges from the self-care portal.
