BSNL sudden surge in speed

I'm on the Home combo 1100 ULF and had finished my 10gb quota for the Nov month, my speed was very slow, specially since last 4-5 days my connection was almost not working, upload was at 30Kbps but download was painfully at 4-6Kbps. Suddenly, my speed zoomed to 1.7mbps today and I've no clue how, as its still not end of month.

1. Check with local exchange or neighbours about any maintenance at BSNL.2. Post your SNR and attenuation values. 3. Make sure that your plan is not changed without your consent. Check in the portal orders page.

Well, I'm not complaining till I'm getting good speed. EDIT: I've subscribed to 1 yr plan, dont think they can change it without my consent.

It must have to do something about the SNR and line conditions.
