Guys,
I use bsnl (pppoe) connection..
Previously whoever is used to get high ping on Singapore servers I just used to restart my modem to get a good IP (202.xx.xx.xx works like charm).
But recently since past 3 weeks my router doesn't change IP address to a better one even after shutting it for about 12 hours.
Now, whenever I restart my modem the IP always lies within 117.200.xx.xx range.(this IP range always has 250+ on Singapore servers) if anyone knows how to solve this pls Halp.

If IP address is the main problem here than you can request them for a static IP address in a range you want and it will never change and you will get a good ping just 2000rs for a year.

why do you want to change the ip online? You should go to the BSNL office and talk to the SDO or JTO to get all of your doubts clear about static ip and ping issue.
