Bsnl should give 3gb free data per month for 240 rental already collected from us

At present, Landline users who pay 240+tax for landline get Rs.50 worth free talktime per month. Apart from that, BSNL should give both 3gb/month + 50 rupees worth free calls for rental of 240/month. That 3 gb must be able to be transferrable to BSNL mobiles. If someone wants, they can use that 3 gb in BSNL/MTNL phone without paying extra on cell phone charges. After 3 gb is over, data connection should cut. If BSNL charges amount per mb post 3 gb, users will find it very difficult and no one will use bsnl. So, bsnl should cut data connection after 3 gb/month is over.
