BSNL's special data and voice plans starting at Rs 44

BSNL has announced a special for its users priced at Rs 44. With this offers, for the first 30 days, users will get Rs 20 talk time, 500MB data, calls at 5 paise/minute to BSNL and 10 paisa/minute to others.
After the first month, SMS charges will be 25 paise for local and 38 paise for STD. Moreover, users will get full talk value for Rs 110, Rs 200, rs 500 and Rs 1000. Besides, you can choose four local numbers that will charge 10 paise/minute to BSNL network and 20 paise/minute to other networks.
