bsnl pvc0 status down? how to trobleshoot?

it was working fine till just now, but now the dsl light now showing and when i checked pvc0 status its down. what it means? my phone is working fine. it is just some temporary outage from bsnl or do i need to contact bsnl support? what could be the possible cause for this?
 
BSNL uses PVC2, VPI/VCI (0/35) not PVC0. Rectify it. Hope it'll solve your down time. 😛eaceful:
