Under the new plan 191, BSNL prepaid users will get unlimited calls. All local calls, STD calls are free in this new STV plan of BSNL. The roaming calls are not free in this plan. Furthermore, the plan also offers unlimited data usage with a daily data usage limit of 1GB. Users can use 1GB data with high-speed and once the data usage limit is over users will get unlimited data with a speed of 80 kbps. The 80 kbps speed is enough to browse the internet.
The 191 pack of BSNL also offers 300 SMS to any network. But this is also valid in the Hme Circle. This means if users will send the SMS t the person in another circle then BSNL will charge for that SMS. The validity of 191 plan of BSNL is 28 days.
