There is a Plan offer (Bharat Fiber 50 mbps 500 GB) at Rs.777 at BSNL portal. But officials of Bhubaneswar BSNL are not entertaining requests for this plan on the ground that they do not have the necessary infrastructure to implement this plan. Strange lack of co-ordination between their Central Office and the circles.

What area are you in? I have had 100 Mbps (1499 Plan) connection for over 3 months under SDO3 jurisdiction.
