Bsnl Ping problems to singapore

Hello Everyone,
I have been experiencing high ping problems to singapore server recently. Usually it would be around 50-70 but nowadys its been 250 or even 500 sometimes.I play league of legends online game where pings are more important .Here is the trace route when the pings are fine followed by worst pings

I am having such ping times connecting to local servers, let alone international ones

And in the Afternoon their ping goes shit and shit multitasking to another server problems
The say they have techincal problem mean they hard less hardware
and now Rupee are going down also so i think they will be a price rise
