yesFrom 9th nov onward .as per BSNL website Voice call charges will be1 ps for all BSNL number (local/STD) & 1.2 ps for all other operator (local/STD).All other charges SMS/Roaming wiil be based on base plan...Tata DOCOMA out..............BSNL In with bang.What they are asking is very nominal 45 Rs STV for a Year(previously per month)92 % saving in STV cost.... gr8...this is vry less charges they r asking if we compare TATA DOCOMO N/w & BSNL N/W.
