So basically they are saying .. Err. Our connections are not that good, you should really get this as backup
To provide uninterrupted broadband services to customers, BSL has announced this offer of 3G GSM data card (3.6 Mbps) at reduced sale price as a back-up to the customers of ADSL postpaid Broadband connectivity under ADSL Broadband plans.
