BSNL, new connection - my experience... WOW!!!

Feb 25th, 10.30 PM : applied online for phone and broadband Feb 26th : Nothing Feb 27th, 10.30 AM : Call from BSNL person. Asked me, if I'm available at home to install the phone. I said yes and the phone was installed in next 30 minutes. Feb 28th, March 1st: Weekend, I was out of station March 2nd : The phone was still inactive March 3rd : Checked the phone in the evening and it was alive and kicking March 3rd, 10.30 PM: Got a call from bsnl person asking at what time I ll be available the next day. March 4th, 6.00PM : 10 minutes and I'm online :thumb:

Did you get 14 digit portal Id and password.
Ask exchange after two or three days !

how much did the phoneline cost im moving into a new duplex and need one in order to get bsnl broadband i think?

pulse rates reduced further from 1st March 2009.
50paise for local calls std etc. recheck.
Contact CC nearest BSNL exchange.
