BSNL NAT Type Strict

Strange. Never seen type 3 NAT on BSNL

I don't have the option of nat configuration like nat type 1,2,3,4 my firmware version is old i think it is 1.10 and the guy who has the option of nat is 1.30, how do i update it? Will upgrading my firmware reset network configuration?

This is NAT configuration on my router, i dont know what to fill in these blanks

Try turning on upnp.. this might solve the issue.
If not you can manually configure Port forward entries.
Those ports change based on the application.
What are the games you play ? Which is affected ?

turn on upnp in router.
Do network reset on pc. after restart, shut down router & pc for 2 mins.
start both .
In cmd type netsh interface teredo show state
You should see something like this:
netsh interface teredo show state
Teredo Parameters
---------------------------------------------
Type : natawareclient
Server Name : win1910.ipv6.microsoft.com.
Client Refresh Interval : 34567 seconds
Client Port : 34567
State : qualified
Client Type : teredo host-specific relay
Network : unmanaged
NAT : cone
NAT Special Behaviour : UPNP: Yes, PortPreserving: Yes
Local Mapping : 192.168.210.5:34567
External NAT Mapping : 120.63.25.90:34567

It means you have an open NAT.
