HiI want a mobile plan in Banglore that will enable me to get cheap std call rates.what about the student plan? what are the rates and do these rates also hold good if I call MTNL landline-Delhi or are they for BSNL network only?Std will be mainly between B,lore and Delhi.please help.
 
MTNL STD rates are just 1.25 per min on any number:thumbsup:
