Bsnl Log In Errors

Since last evening, I have not been able to check my data transfer. Whenever I clicked on "service records", I got the error "error on page". Has Anybody got the same problem?

The problem is when I click on "service records" link under self management after logging in, It takes me nowhere. Infact other links, userinfo , change password and all the other links under self management, have not been working. I called the customer care. She told me that she would call me back. But didn't call yet.
