Bsnl landline bill payment

I paid the consolidated bill for 2 months(Previous+current month bill) a day before the due date of this month through Paytm wallet, but BSNL has stopped my broadband and landline facilities. Has the money i paid not reached them yet?

You could check the payment history in the self care portal -- BSNL CUSTOMER CARE

When was the due date? Payment made through Paytm could take around 2-3 working days to be credited, I think it gets processed through BBPS.

@varkey thanks for replying. The due date was 26 Apr, i paid it on the afternoon of 25 Apr. I am hoping they restore the connection on Monday, since Saturday and Sunday can be were non-working days.

Yep, looks like it. I noticed the same the other day I made a BSNL payment through PayZapp, it took 2-3 days for it to show up in the payment history and for the bill to be considered as paid.

I guess for last minute payments we should use the BSNL portal itself which I think gets reflected faster.
