Bsnl is giving 300 Ping on google

I don't know its giving 400+ ping on google
are you guys having same issue.
rx power is good.

You have a higher ping between your router and BSNL end
 
seems like bsnl regional servers are baking. 3 days ago my net down for a whole day, when net became active i was facing pings like these eg.4000ms maybe the issue originated from same site.

I think this is good but in fiber under 20ms is what i thought i would get.what do u guys get when you ping google?
