hey ppl... jus registered for iptv 2day... it seems to be a very good scheme... dis is how it works... now dis is i b'lore... dono abt other places...3900 odd bucks for da set top box (or 100 bucks monthly rental)870 for da installation charges1500 bucks as security deposit (dis is refundable)den u get 175 odd channels for just 150 bucks...now here's the real scheme... rite now iptv provides onli 64 odd channels... this will be upgraded to 110 on jan 1st week and den 175 at the month end.if u register b4 da number of channels r upgraded to 110, u get a discount of 20% off on ur fixed bsnl charges... im on the H500 plan and 180 bucks per month for my land line rental... and then another 60 bucks per month for the rental of my modem so dats 740 bucks a month just for rental... now il be getting 20% off on dis... dat means i save 148 bucks... and iptv has a fixed price of 150 bucks a month... so virtually im payin 2 bucks a month for 175+ DTH channels!plus all these charges will begin onli after bsnl upgrades the channel number to 175... till den u will not be charged for anything and ur free to withdraw from the service anytime... however u do not get the 20% off if u register afta da number of channels upgrade...its a really good scheme considerin dat i get my iptv for jus 2 bucks a month and i can have cable also on a parallel mode coz all the channels r not yet available... 🙂🙂by da way, i heard dat if u have an old modem, it wud be replaced by da new modem for free if ur subscribing for iptv 🙂
