Bsnl Iptv line rate keeps on fluctuating...very jerky picture display?Need assistance

Hi, I am using Bsnl iptv and having 500 C plan. Whenever i switch on my modem i usually get a line rate of about 2000kbps and i very rarely get a line rate of 4000kbps. At 2Mbps the iptv works with glitches whereas with 4Mbps it works great .
To get 4 Mbps i keep on rebooting my modem until i get the same 😗
*What should i do so that i always have 4Mbps line rate whenever i switch on my modem?/
*Is there any problem with my splitter?/ but same problem is happening when i operate iptv with or without splitter.
*Also ,how can i get my username and password for login at i-control website?/

Not sure if this is still useful. Call Myway(or other iptv provider whichever may be the case) and tell them that you are not getting clear picture. They will make sure that it is fixed. Also you should have a line rate of around of 8mbps. This is provided by BSNL by default irrespective of your broadband plan. Tell your IPTV provider that you would get the connection terminated and they would make sure that it is fixed!!
