BSNL iptv is getting prepaid from next month(atleast in chandigarh)

A call from Bsnl iptv customer support has told that from next month bsnl iptv is getting prepaid i.e. from august.
The iptv bill will not come along phone bill rather one has to recharge it monthly like in mobiles.
There are 3 plans

1. Rs 150 which is normal connection that is at present.(104 channels)

2. Rs 199 having 126 channels + recording feature on some other 10 channels.(like star plus. colors ,etc)

3. Rs 249 also 126 channels + dont know
There are also some VOD features along with these plans which i dont know currently.
So that you dont need to recharge every month there is also availability of different vouchers/coupons like Rs 1000 from which monthly bill can be deducted automatically.

Please add any additional information if any.

There is no information about bsnl iptv on bsnl website. I dont even know on what channels the recording feature is available, how to add new channels or replace existing channel with new one.
If anyone has a link about perfect information on bsnl iptv , please post it..
 
I am in Jaipur - RAJASTHAN and here its already prepaid.
 
in 249 plan u will get cool feature in 18 channelschill feature= u can view last 7 days programecool feature= u can pause your channels

personally i think post paid is the better way to deal with iptv and dth.
