BSNL indiranagar : Complaints are simply closed without resolving them

BSNL Indiranagar Bangalore.. storyI raised a complaint for broadband not working for atleast for 15 days now.. After 15 days they had simply closed the complaint :sidefrown: with no action takenI raised a grievance online as well. No action taken.My line cable is at fault ( disjoint cables joined together ) So broadband signal is not picked upwhat to do now.. even after raising grievance no body resolves the issueso sad, these guys are so dumb they don't listen and simply close the complaint because it crosses deadlineSo sucking behavior

go to head office and talk with your division officer or 1st talk with your local sdoi am also facing issue ,but my issue is at night broadband not working and at day time its very slow so after 15-20days,i submit application to G.M.T.D and i m waiting for next 7 day
