BSNL Home unlimited plan

hicurrently we are in home combo + plan which gives 2.5 gb of free bandwidth usage per month. we are planning to swich over to home unlimited 750 + plan.found on bsnl website that there is no telephone rental under this plan. but also found a note that telephone rentantal is levied on all broadband plans except combo plans. can anybody provide more info on this
 
There willbe no rental for home Unlimited 750 + bsnl broadband planBut if you mirgrated to this plan your connecetion speed is reduced to 256kpps.

In UL 750 +, there is no rental for landline. As mentioned above, speed will be reduced to 32 KBps ( 256 kbps).
