BSNL home 1000 plan problem

I have BSNL h1000,which have night unlimited I m confused with TOTAL USAGE when i download anything it count in total usage,but when i download at night 6:00 am to 7:00 am...it count usage in TOTAL USAGE & SOME TRAFFIC NIGHT UNLIMITED both. So which is my total usage...??? Thanks

The portal will show usage in free hours too, but it is not used to calculate the bill. So only the usage between 0800 and 0200 hours counts towards bill.

The portal should show "0" as total usage against the night hours.

If you see that the night unmetered usage is also showing a non zero value, that would be because you do not reboot the modem or start a new connection at 0800 hours and 0200 hours, BSNL time. If you do not do that the free usage gets counted in billed hours. BSNL is dumb like that.

Therefore to be on the safe side, disconnect and start a new connection at 0205 and 0755 hours. Observe the time in the portal and adjust your system clock + wrist watch accordingly.
