BSNL HELP | new connection requirements

Hi, my cousin wants a new bsnl connection. But what are the requirements ?

They don't have adhaar card or ID link to the place , as they stay in Mumbai.

hows the BB 249 plan ?

If they stay for rent, they can produce the rent contract document's copy. BB 249 is in effect 1 Mbps unlimited. But in Mumbai, you won't get BSNL. Mumbai and Delhi are served by MTNL.
 
thanks for the reply meetdilip, no the connection will be taken in Goa , but all the IDs are linked to there mumbai house nathing in Goa.
they own a flat in Goa , but someone told me address proof needed . Just got a power/light bill nathing else .
 
Yep more than enough if name on Id matches with power bill name.
