BSNL has charged twice the amount to me by the name of "adjustments". I have already paid security deposit etc with first bill. I tweeted to them regarding the same, any other suggestions?
I hope it doesn't have anything to do with the stupid move to change to daily FUP then revert back to monthly FUP! My next bill will come in first week of March, hopefully nothing stupid like that for me too.
I hope they won't be doing that to everybody. Maybe you could have a talk at your local exchange? I had been billed incorrectly once, and after I visited the local exchange, they rectified it in the next bill.
