BSNL FTTH VPN ISSUE

Hi ,

I am using BSNL FTTH connection 777 PLAN , ROUTER Syrotech G/EPON-ONU. When i connect to my company VPN speed decreases to 1MBPS and some of the sites will not load . Googled a lot and tried everything but nothing worked can some on please help.

After setting the bsnl router to bridge router and using it as a dumb modem nothing else.
