BSNL FTTH upload speed is too slow 2mb

I am from Ludhiana and and i am a streamer.i have BSNL FTTH 720 plan 20 mb download and upload speed. but only 2-3 mb upload is coming.I tell BSNL that upload is coming slow.But all they can do is increasing upload speed from their server but speed is still the same.Only on uploading anyfile on Youtube full upload speed is coming. Any one have same issue?

where are you checking the upload speed? on twitch?

Didn;t check Twitch But OBS,Xsplit.AndEven 9 out of 10 Speedtest.net servers showed me 2-3 mb upload.Today check on BSNL speed test.in showed me 1 mb upload

Complain on the BSNL twitter page about your speed.

yea if you complain on the twitter then they will get a call from the GM and they have to solve your speed problem because they have to take your confirmation on the paper that the problem is solved.
