BSNL FTTH unable to open sites

I'm using BSNL FTTH connection with Syrotech SY-GPON-1110-WDONT router from the last 1 month, I've been having issues accessing some sites as they are unable to open unless I use a VPN on my laptop or my mobile phone.
I'm really tired of this CONNECTION HAS TIMED OUT pop up while opening basic sites like Flipkart, Paytm, Netflix, more and some banking sites.

I've tried changing the DNS server from network and sharing center to the one of google's but that was also of no use.

PLEASE HELP

that's peering issue of their server this issues occurs at random times in a month

its not random, the situation is same from the beginning. Is there anything I can do to solve this?

check your mtu settings.

Can you share traceroute to some of the websites you're unable to access ?

On Windows,
tracert flipkart.com

On Unix,Linux, Mac OSX,
traceroute flipkart.com

This information should help in understanding routing issues.

for me it's not regular it's occuring on random basis

Sorry,but can anyone tell me if they could deduce anything from the traceroute.
I could conclude anything.
As far as my knowledge is concerned,try using DPI bypass tools like GOODBYE DPI for Windows and ZAPRET for Linux.
I had the same issue earlier but i don't face it after using these tools.
Sorry,but never understood how it happened.

post complete tracert , i know it is frustrating but allow it 30 hops(it takes at best 5 mins) so no extra info will be missed.

Thought it was 1454 for bsnl ftth.
Did you get that 1492 by default setting or after checking the mtu value?
Maybe its different for different parts of bsnl customer base i have seen in kerala generally they do ask us to keep it 1454.

same thing happened to me few days back, LCO asked me to change MTU to 1460 and it fixed the problem. You should try different MTU sizes from 1420 to 1492
